How can I know where my package is? What’s the status of the package?

To check the status of your package without the hassle of searching for it, simply go to “My Orders” in the MyPS app from the menu and select “My Orders”. There, you’ll see all your shipments that are on the way, along with the current status of each package and its location.

Please note that the package status updates every 24 hours through the MyPS app, and you’ll receive a notification — but only if you’ve entered the tracking number.
