Refund and Returns Policy

  • There is no refund will be for the cost of any type of membership you are buying, “once you buy it “you will be a member & will use our services.
  • Our responsibility will start once your parcel arrived at our pickup points only, so any loss – any delay – any damage of your parcel will not be refunded before arriving at our pickup points  “Please note that refunds can’t be processed for any consequential loss “
  • We refund you in one case only: If we signed of delivery of your parcel – then we lost your parcel or was damaged by us. *A Case.
  • The refund in the above Case which is “ A “ case is conditional to our law which are :
  • First – The goods you bought are acceptable and allowed to receive them by us.
  • Second – Maximum the amount to refund is $75 which is the cost of parcel “ Non Taxable cost “
  • Third – Provide us a stamped paid invoice from the seller for the Goods you bought with a clear description of it, to be sent to us directly from the seller.
  • Fourth –  You have a maximum of 15 days from the date the order was Lost to request a refund.
