In what currency does MyPS display fees?

MyPS regular business hours are as follows:

Customer Service:

We are dedicated to making our members happy, with online account management tools. If you need further assistance, there are two ways to contact MyPS:

• Chat: Available from 9 Am to 6 PM on our Contact Us page from Sunday to Thursday . It is our goal to minimize your hold time, however, response times may be longer during peak shipping periods.
• Email: Send an email from our Contact Uspage, and we will respond shortly, typically within 24 hours. Response times may be longer during peak shipping periods.

 

Receiving:

MyPS receives packages  Five days a week. Your package will show as delivered, then it is cataloged before being placed into your suite. You will receive a notification at MyPS application as each package is placed into your suite. Processing time after delivery is typically 24-48 hours.

Shipping: 

Our shipping team works Monday through Thursday 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM..

What do you mean by Membership period ?

What if I do not have a credit card?

What if my membership is expired and i have a parcel in the way ?

What if my parcel reached to wrong address ?

Administrator2022-03-27T09:59:39+00:00In this case you need to communicate the seller to send the parcel to the right address / or right pick up point , we have no thing to do in this case . Once the parcel reaches our pick up point , we will deliver it to you as soon as possible .

What if my parcel stuck at Customs ?

What if the seller split the order ?

B. Profile Pictures - Your profile picture must not include a verified checkmark, and also must not include third-party products, brands or sponsors. F. Chat Policy : You might assume that chats sent on MyPS Messenger are completely private. But you'd be wrong. MyPS confirmed that it uses automated tools to scan Messenger chats for malware links and child porn images. It also allows users to report chats that may violate community standards , also you can't retrieve deleted messages on MyPS .
