MyPS accepts the following payment methods for membership fees and shipping costs:

  • Any major credit card, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard.
  • Debit cards
  • We have four types of packages :
  • Single Plan : under this type of membership , the member has access for more than 110 online stores addresses , so he/she can buy one time only ( one parcel will be delivered to her /him ) , this  membership expires once we delivered the member his/her parcel.
  • Premium Plan : under this type of membership , the member has access for more than 110 online stores addresses , so he/she can buy Five times only ( Five parcels will be delivered to her /him ) , this  membership expires once we delivered the member his/her 5 parcels .
  •  Ultimate Plan : under this type of membership , the member has access for more than 110 online stores addresses , so he/she can buy ten times only ( Ten parcels will be delivered to her /him ) , this  membership expires once we delivered the member his/her 10 parcels.
  • Business Plan : nder this type of membership , the member has access for more than 110 online stores addresses , so he/she can buy ten times only ( Ten parcels will be delivered to her /him ) , this  membership expires once we delivered the member his/her 20 parcels.
  • ** All prices in USD , the prices are Fixed , regarding the refund - Please read our refund policy page.
Your membership will terminate in one of the following two cases, whichever is earlier: 1- Expiry of period for the membership . 2- Delivery all the parcels to you .

If you are unable to login to your MyPS account, first:

  • Make sure your Caps Lockbutton is not turned on.
  • Make sure your Web browser is updated to Internet Explorer version 11+, Mozilla Firefox version 39+, Google Chrome 43+, or Safari version 8+.

If you are still unable to login, use the "I forgot my email address, suite number or password.

If you are having difficulty registering for a MyPS membership, please follow these steps:

  1. Clear the cookies on your Web browser.
  2. Make sure you are entering a credit card that has an expiration date of next month or later. Credit cards expiring this month cannot be accepted.
  3. Make sure your Web browser is up to date. Out of date browsers may have functionality issues.
  4. The User name must be : more than 6 letters .
  5. The password : must be more than  6 letters includes sign like : $ or @ or % or # ....
